The release time of the pre-order products is all determined by the manufacturer and the manufacturer has the right to explain.

How to Pre-Order？

You can select the product with the pre-order product mark in the store to add to the shopping cart, we will contact you, you can also contact us to make pre-order,Due to the special nature of the reservation, we cannot cancel the reservation after the reservation is successful, because we made a full advance payment when booking with the manufacturer.

Cost description of the Pre-Order

We will continue the wholesale price. If you accept the pre-order policy, we will charge $1000 as the deposit in advance, and the deposit will be returned one year later. After that, the pre-order can be continue do without the deposit.  And half of the wholesale price will be charged at the time of pre-ordered. We will notify you when the pre-ordered product is available, and we will deliver the product according to your delivery requirements after paying the other half of the product fee.

How long will it be available？

There will be an estimated arrival time for pre-ordered, which can be used as a reference, but due to all objective factors, there will be early or late cases, we will make specific notifications. Once available, then we will inform you the first time and finalize the shipping details

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow cancellations of any pre-orders or services purchased through our website. By making a purchase with us, you agree to our pre-order no cancellation policy.
Once an pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Customer error in selecting product, service, or package
• Technical issues or glitches during the ordering process
• All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason related to a cancelled or modified order.
